臥式丁基膠涂布機是在鋁間隔框兩側均勻涂抹熱熔丁基膠的專用設備，操作人員需扶持間隔框．其它動作（壓輪、打膠、停膠）均由設定程序自動完成．操作方便，運行平穩可靠。
采用不銹鋼拉絲面板，臺面整潔，外形美觀。
可調速皮帶傳動電機，可適應不同操作人員快捷使用。膠缸內徑D195mm ,長450mm，適用于各種規格的丁基膠。氣液增壓系統．壓力均勻穩定。
丁基膠機裝有光電開關．由PLC電腦程序控制，可實現鋁條自動感應系統，只需人工持框與皮帶同步完成。24小時定時開機，提高工作效率，節省預熱時間。
